Hanwha Defense has established and promotes a code of conduct so that our employees will help our company to be a trusted company.

Compliance Management Code of Conduct

Based on fair and transparent management, Hanwha’s management philosophy is to ensure that all employees comply with all laws and regulations and establish a transparent and honest organizational culture. For this cause, we enact and enforce specific guidelines and codes of conduct that all employees and executives should observe in relation to their management activities.

Legal Compliance Standards

Our company implemented corporate moral standards according to the legal legislation on October 31st, 2017 in order to promote fair and transparent business operations for the development of the company, as well as to obtain and develop the trust of our customers and clients.

Compliance with Prevention of Corruption Regulations

  • Our company realizes the importance of operational legal compliance and adheres to the local laws and regulations, following the ethical standards of the local justice system.
  • The following regulations have been enacted to provide an ethical standard for the executives and employees in order to aid in adherence to domestic and international regulations for the prevention of corruption.
  • The following applies to the company’s executives and employees, as well as our partnering corporations and client-vendor relationships.
  • The regulations include the following sections:
    Section I: General Provisions; Section II: Compliance with the Prevention of Corruption Regulations; Section III: Prohibitions; Section IV: 3rd Party Compliance; Section V: Transparent Management of Records and Accounts; Section VI: The Authority and Responsibility of the Compliance Committee; Section VII: Training and Evaluation; Section VIII: Reporting and Measures for Non-Compliance; Section IX: Informant Protection and Disciplinary Actions for Non-Compliance; Section X: Miscellany.

Compliance with the Prevention of Corruption Regulations – The Rules of Operation

  • These rules have been enacted in order to provide information related to the regulations for the prevention of corruption and to identify specifications for the compliance of said regulations.
  • The purpose is to accurately provide definitive standards for the decisions and actions of executives and employees.
  • The regulations include the following sections:
